$300 too much for a set of used (60%+ tread depth remaining) winter wheels and tires?

Kinja'd!!!

WS80 on steelies.

I need them not anymore, couldn’t sell them last year, but didn’t try very hard.

I’d ask for $250, settle for 200.

Seems decent. I’d pay that for a similar winter setup that fit right now

I paid 200 for a set of Billazks without wheels. So I’d say 100 with wheels would be fair. But mainly it depends on how popular the tire size is. If it’s a common tire size it’ll be easier to sell

It’s kinda common. Pretty much any smaller VW or Audi

I’d probably end up taking 200

If I were buying those, the rims would be next to worthless(maybe $50 for all 4 w/o tires), and the tires would be worth about 150-200. I’d probably offer $200, so the starting price of $300 seems right. If someone wants to pay list price more power to them and if someone offers 200 counter with 220 and everybody wins.

$300 seems a bit high to me. I would also ask $250 and take the first $200 that crossed my palms.

Real question is, what’s the date code on it. If it’s 5+ years old I wouldn’t pay a cent for them.

$300 is on point, as long as you have room to barter.

Including the wheels I think that’s more than fair. I sold a set of tires alone, with 60-70% tread for $200 two years ago.
